With a knack for numbers, a bachelor's degree in Business Operations, and an insatiable passion for technology, Daniel's true calling and area of expertise revolves around the business and listing aspects of real estate. Soon after graduation, he started his real estate career as an agent at RE/MAX Eastside Brokers. Here he eventually joined a handful of very successful agents with an average sales volume of over $10M per month. It was during this time that he befriended Paul Fennell. They they have been inseparable ever since, and would go on to found Flux Real Estate in 2011. Daniel's high-volume agent experience has given him a unique and powerful perspective in regards to real estate marketing and operations.
As co-founder/owner of Flux Real Estate, he continues to spearhead projects with his "Kaizen" spirit. He is constantly creating and updating systems and campaigns to help keep his clients and fellow brokers as efficient and profitable as possible. His overt passion for service, technology, statistics, and marketing combined with his distinctive experience in the world of business and real estate has made Daniel an indispensable asset to his partners and his clients.
